Vertom was founded in 1974, which marks its 50 years anniversary this year. To honour this milestone, we want to celebrate this with our colleagues from all over the world, with an afternoon and evening program. You are free to choose whether to participate in both activities or, if one of them doesn’t fit your schedule, that’s no problem either! Please choose the option that best fits your travel and personal schedule.

Spido offers boat tours in Rotterdam’s harbor, providing cool views of the city’s skyline and its port activities. Food and drinks are available on board.

Everyone is responsible for their own travel to and from the party location.
If you are travelling from abroad, please discuss with the manager of your location/department how this trip can be made together. If you’re traveling by plane: book your tickets as soon as possible, latest in June, to benefit from lower costs.

You are invited to stay one night in the bustling city centre of Rotterdam. Given the large size of the group, we are divided between two hotels in the city. Please let us know in the registration form if you would like to book a hotel room. It is not possible to indicate a preference, you will be assigned a hotel in August.
